We are seeking a Bookkeeper/Office manager to join our team and help us maintain our administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have experience in Quickbooks, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and account management. Fluency in Spanish is also a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Weekly EFTPS Reports
- Managing existing accounts
- Work with technical team to provide solutions to clients
- Bank reconciliations
- Data input
Requirements:
- Experience in Quickbooks with knowledge in General Accounting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
